Dirt Therapy

With dirt, dough, and persistence, the possibilities are endless. Gardener Bob transforms his life and the lives of others by making food that is healthy for the heart, mind and soul. After all, we are what we eat.

 A 10 -15 minute expository documentary

For Gardener Bob growing his own foods is more than a hobby; it represents the growth he has as an individual after battling substance abuse. Each plant he has represents a piece of his heart as he takes the time to nourish them to their healthiest state,  just as he does with his life. Bob encourages individuals to grow something on their own so they too can value the food they consume daily. Bob believes even if individuals plant a flower and watch it grow, it will give them a better appreciation for life, as we all are growing beings on planet Earth too.
